Boot Camp is this Saturday at 7:30am & 9am so come on out and get your body ready for the summer!
Our classes are unlike any other classes you will find anywhere because we use real exercises that have sttod the test of time that push your body to true muscle fatigue. Our exercises can only be done at our training facility and can not be replicated at home or else where. We believe you need the support from your trainers and someone ther to help you push through those last couple of reps! This isn't a class where we tell you to perform a 100 of something and leave you to fend for yourself, we actually design our workouts to be done with another person who can spot you, do the same weight as you, and can push you when you need support! Our TIGHT class combines lifts like bench press, squats, core movements, cardio exercises, and a lot of kettle bell and medicine ball exercises. The MASS class is a regimented program where we focus only on a couple of muscles, train those muscles with heavy weight, and give your body ample rest to recover because as we all know your body grows and gets stronger while it recovers.
TIGHT CLASS 6:30am-7:15, 9am-9:45am, 12pm-1pm, 4:30pm-5-15pm, and 6:30pm-7:15pm MASS CLASS 5:30pm-6-15pm and 7:30pm-8:15pm
